Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Topshop finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags still attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure waterproof bag, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact.

• 3.
  Choose a Carrier

  Select your preferred drop-off point or courier service through the portal and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
